Husband Burnt Woman’s Genitals With Hot Iron For Not Being Able To Conceive. What Is This Monstrosity?
Our patriarchal society behaves like women were put in this world to serve men. It’s like such people think women are born to be their sex slaves, their servants and baby making machines. It’s disgusting how women who don’t or can’t do what they are expected of are treated. You know, how people would whack an old television set if it glitches. Or if you buy a product online and it turns out to be useless? That’s how we are treated. Like they bought a product and it turned to be faulty because hey, why is she not making a baby.
Recently, a woman was tortured by her husband and in-laws for not being able to conceive a baby. They burnt her lower body with a hot iron rod, including her genitals. This crime took place in Parspani village in Jharkhand’s Garhwa district. The woman somehow managed to save her life and run off into a forest.
She called up her parents who came to rescue her. She is admitted to Sadar Hospital and her condition is still critical.

The woman said her husband and in-laws kept torturing her because for certain medical reasons, she couldn’t conceive in the past 12 years. And yet, she lived with them until it got out of hand. Why? What’s with society and all this nonsense? Why couldn’t her parents just rescue her from that hellhole much before this?
It is really disgusting how inhumane our world is. Torturing a woman, burning her genitals with hot iron because she can’t conceive – how low can we get? It’s not her fault. And a woman isn’t a baby machine you bought, a machine you can whack and it will start working again. It doesn’t even work on real machines.
