Female Employer Lists Down Bizarre Rules For Her House Help To Follow. Internet Is Not Happy With It!
A relationship between an employer and an employee isn’t always smooth sailing. There is constant conflict. However, what helps this relationship become a little bearable is the fact that there is an understanding of professionalism and personal boundaries. And the problems arise when an employer chooses to not only forget that but also cross those boundaries. Just look at this female employer who went viral in a video wherein she is making a list of rules for her employee – a house help – to ensure that things are in order. And to say the list is bizarre and cruel would be an understatement.
In the video that has gone viral, the female employer has listed down a list of bizarre and ridiculous rules for her employee – a house help. One of the many rules that are mentioned is that the employee must not leave the house without permission.

The caption of the video reads, “It took me 45 minutes to write all these rules and regulations and the helper to-do list, can I include doing a cold call when you are free?” One of the rules is “no using of the phone during working hours unless we call you” and another one reads, “do not waste electricity or water. Only stay in the area with a camera when we are not home unless bathing or doing housework.”

Apart from all the harsh and ridiculous rules and regulations, the female employer has made another list which is a list of things to get done. Needless to say, these rules did not sit well with people on the internet and they criticised her heavily for it. One wrote, “She’s a maid and not a slave”, another one wrote, “This is so sad and disgusting”, and another wrote, “If I were the helper I would just erase the board and quit”.
Honestly, we really need to learn how to treat our employees, especially our house help.
