Maintaining a routine is hard in the fast-paced environment we live in. But it is important to have at least a simple routine in your day, or a habit you incorporate into your lifestyle without which your day feels incomplete. Or when you’ve had a long day, you know doing this one particular thing will instantly make you feel at ease and relaxed. This can also include any self-care activity. We came across a Reddit thread that asked women what small self-care act made a huge difference for them, and the responses to this were simple and doable!

The thread was shared on Reddit’s AskWomen channel that asked women to share that one self-care habit that made a huge difference for them. The responses to this ranged from keeping one’s surroundings clean and organised to saying no to social activities.

A lot of women agreed that keeping their space organised and clean made them feel instantly better. They also added that doing this also changed the way they dealt with things. Another woman chimed in and said that keeping things organised got them in a productive mood.

Well, a couple of women also stressed the importance of being well-groomed. One of the said that washing their hair and styling it well before leaving the house instils confidence in them while another said getting their nails done makes them feel more put together!
