India Captain Harmanpreet Kaur And Vice-Captain Smriti Mandhana Nominated For ICC Women’s Player Of The Month. So Proud Of You, Girls!

You know, I will admit that I like following women’s cricket even though I am not a massive sports fan. The sport, which is quite male-dominated makes me realise that women can achieve anything if they want to. Well, talking about women’s cricket, we have received some good news from the Indian women’s cricket team. Cricketers Harmanpreet Kaur and Smriti Mandhana have bagged nominations for the ICC Women’s Player of the Month award for September 2022. We are so proud of them!

On Wednesday, India captain Harmanpreet Kaur and vice-captain Smriti Mandhana made us proud by earning nominations for the ICC Women’s Player of the Month award for September 2022. Indian women’s skipper was the leading run-getter in the three-match ODI series with 221 runs at an average of 221 and a strike rate of 103.27, she scored an unbeaten 74 in India’s chase of 228 in the first match in Hove.
