You know, whenever I hear that cricket is a men’s game, I laugh hysterically and unapologetically because I know that’s not the truth at all. The reason is simple, the Indian women’s cricket team and their exceptional game. The women in blue are proving that wo kisi se kum nahi by achieving huge milestones every other day. And recently, star cricketer Jhulan Goswami created history and became the first woman bowler to claim 250 wickets in Women’s ODIs. We are so proud of her!
Currently, the Indian women’s cricket team is in New Zealand to participate in the ICC Women’s World Cup. On Wednesday, the former captain of the team proved that she’s an icon after dismissing England’s opener Tammy Beaumont on 1. She created history and became the first woman bowler to claim 250 ODI wickets. The news is surprising but not shocking at all because we know that Jhulan Goswami is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time). After all, women all over the world are meant to achieve great things in their life.

Talking about Goswami’s exceptional game, she is the only woman bowler to take over 200 wickets in women’s ODI history which is so incredible. She achieved this huge milestone just three days after the star cricketer had surpassed Australia’s Lynn Fullston to become the all-time highest wicket-taker in the history of the Women’s World Cup.
Jhulan Goswami is now the leading wicket taker in Women's Cricket World Cup. ⚡️
