Apple CEO Tim Cook Says There’s No Good Excuse For Lack Of Women In Tech. So What Are We Doing?

You know, I believe that almost every industry that exists in this world is male-dominated and that is the reason why women don’t get equal career opportunities in those industries. But as always, people just want to blame women and they have the audacity to say that we don’t like to work which is absolute nonsense. However, Tim Cook – the CEO of Apple is not like other people. He recently admitted that there is a lack of women in the technology sector and said that there are no good excuses for it.

Apple CEO Tim Cook said that there are no good excuses for the lack of women in the technology industry. He slammed almost every tech firm in silicon valley and mentioned that the tech sector needs more women professionals to achieve greater heights and we agree with him. In an interview, Cook added that technology will not achieve nearly what it could achieve without a diverse workforce.

He added that he thinks the essence of technology and its effect on humanity depends upon women being at the table and technology is a great thing that will accomplish a number of things, but unless you have diverse views at the table that are working on it, you don’t wind up with better solutions.
