The ‘Havana’ singer is popular for her amazing and powerful voice but she’s also quite vocal about body positivity and gives equal importance to fitness in her life. In a new workout video, the 24-year-old singer can be seen sweating it out as she is working out using resistance bands to achieve strong and toned abs. Her arms and her core are actually looking quite strong. The ‘Don’t Go Yet’ singer is wearing a black sports bra and patterned shorts. The video is filmed during Camila’s intense workout sesh with her trainer Jenna Willis. The celebrity trainer uploaded the video on her social media account and wrote, “we out here like.”

Apart from exercising, Camila also likes going on hikes, paddle boarding, and running. In an interview, the singer-actress mentioned that she didn’t start working out until she became a member of her former girl group, Fifth Harmony. She said that when a fitness instructor was brought to get all the five members of the group healthy and in shape, Camila puked after 20 minutes because she had never exercised in her life. During an appearance on a radio show, Camila mentioned that her ex-boyfriend and singer Shawn Mendes helped her improve her diet.

Talking about body positivity in a video, Camila said that being at war with your body is an age-old concept. She added that real women have curves and cellulite and stretch marks and fat and we should own it. Well okay, we will follow your advice, Camila!
