Shraddha Kapoor Is Ditching The ‘Girl Next Door’ Look For More Glammed Out Looks And We Love The Change Up!
Shraddha Kapoor is one busy bee! Bollywood’s ultimate ‘girl-next-door’ has a bunch of movies lined up and is doing the most to promote them. Which bodes well for us because we get to see her play dress up in the chicest outfits. Shraddha’s personal style can easily be defined as ‘Fashionable Nerd’. Which means she is usually in her printed tees, comfy jeans and wide-rimmed glasses thrown on as an accessory. But the promotional looks for Saaho and Chhichhore have her in a changed up vibe. The actress is super glammed-out, with curated looks that are a notch up from her casual style and we love it.
We picked out our favourites from her many pretty outfit changes and they all have a unique detail about them that we spotted…and like!
Classic Waves And Red
Shraddha rarely goes all out with a bold makeup look. The classic red lip and vintage waves in her mane makes the lace gown from Reen Acra all the more feminine!
Shraddha Kapoor managed to tease us big time in this gorgeous emerald green metallic number from Danielle Guizio. Can we hope to see her in leather separates or cheeky skater skirts from the label, next? We sure hope so!
The British label Safiyaa has many takers among Bollywood’s fashion girls. The brand smartly blends textures with womanly silhouettes and we love their collection. Shraddha picked their colour-blocking shift dress and paired it with nude heels for maximum effect. How stylish!
White With Silver That Works
If not done right, mixing glossy white with shiny silver can end up making you look like a shaadi pandal! That is definitely not the case here. The halter neck pantsuit from Tommy Hilfiger looks so good on Shraddha’s slim frame. We are also loving the icy highlighted cheekbone and shoulder blades that add more oomph to the outfit. We are taking notes!
A look that is still closer to Shraddha’s personal blend of stripped down style, is this champagne-hued dress from THYM and it is mad sexy. Paired with nude makeup and clear heels, the actress looks fashionably at ease in the look and we love it.
A Case of The Missing Pants
Why bother with pants when you can pick up a crisp shirt dress, and pair it with an upside down corset? And it makes heads turn and compliments flow! A second Danielle Guizio number, the pulled back updo and simple outlines look so polished and smart.
Tank Trains For The Win!
The design team from label Honayda deserve a raise for adding a big AF train to a tank top! This is a tricky look to pull off, but with some help from well fitted pants and big hoops, Shraddha managed to do it so well…Even while feeding a bunch of hyper and jumpy dogs!
