Stars and their style remain a hot topic on the internet. And with award shows, it’s a must to stitch perfection with your silhouette. Doing exactly that, celebrities from Sara Ali Khan, Kartik Aaryan to Kriti Sanon, arrived in the best of their closet, for a recent style award ceremony. And impressing us all the way, these celebrities did put an extra effort to dish out these spectacular ensembles. So, let’s look at who wore what.
Sara Ali Khan
While I loved every star’s choice of outfits, Sara shined above all. Dressed in label– David Koma (which btw is every Bollywood celeb’s current favourite), Sara’s look incorporated a stunning, sheer, monochrome dress. The black attire featured a sheer panel in the centre with a thigh-high slit decorated with two white stripes. Staying away from accessorising, Ms Khan settled for minimal makeup and topped it all off with a hint of pink through her lip shade and manicure. This look is a ten-on-ten.

Kriti Sanon
Kriti Sanon’s pink paradise-themed look was stitched to look spectacular. The Mimi actress wore a stunning pink gown from label– Aadnevik. Featuring sheer and a corset-esqué detail, Kriti’s dress incorporated a thigh-high slit and glitter detail on the ruched waist and sleeves. For hair, she relied on a half, low bun, stone drop earrings and a matching pair of pink, open toe heels from Aldo shoes.

Janhvi Kapoor
Another of my favourite look from the evening was brought to our screens by Janhvi Kapoor. Trusting her favourite classic black, Janhvi opted for a side, cut-out, slim-fitting gown from the shelves of label–Antithesis. The actress further, teamed it with a diamond necklace, encrusted with emerald and matching bracelets. Channelling retro Hollywood, movie star glam, Ms Kapoor sealed her hair into a chic bun.

Vaani Kapoor
Actress Vaani Kapoor was seen dressed in her usual, understated glam as she posed in a dual fabric gown by label–Julie Vino. The Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui star remained true to her personal style with a gorgeous number featuring a strapless glitter gown, which was headlined by an asymmetrical white fabric, stitched vertically on it. For jewellery, Vaani opted for a silver bracelet and mini hoop earrings and smiled along.

Ranveer Singh toned down the bling for some change. Spotted in a black pantsuit, the star posted some fiery pictures on his Instagram handle. The fitted suit featured black tonal embroidery, which he completed with a pair of black sunglasses, gold accessories and polished loafers in the same shade. Uff! Why so hot?

Amongst the male guests at the award show, actor Sidharth Malhotra dished out a winning look and how. The actor skipped the usual black formals and opted for some colour play. His ensemble featured a tan brown pantsuit by label–The Maroon Suit, a white t-shirt, multi-coloured pocket square and the main element of colour– his blue loafers. This is definitely one of his best-styled looks.

Anil Kapoor has been surprising us with his uber cool sartorial choices and it’s totally jhakaas. The 65-year-old actor arrived for the special event wearing a mud green pant suit and multi-coloured polo t-shirt by labels– Officine Generale and Belgian fashion brand–Dries Van Noten. The actor sealed the look with a pair of brown tinted sunglasses. We gotta appreciate his style more!
