Patralekhaa’s Wedding Saree By Sabyasachi Has A Veil Inscribed With A Bengali Verse, A Sign of Love for Rajkummar Rao. We Love!

After dating for 11 years, Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa Paul are married! The couple took to their social media accounts to announce their marriage on Monday with stunning candid photos captured by Stories by Joseph Radhik. The couple wore personalized Sabyasachi ensembles for the ceremony which has been the first choice of most of the celebrities for their big day. As it always happens, the bride’s outfit grabbed all the attention! But Patralekhaa’s wedding saree was different and special from the rest. The outfit comprised a red tulle embroidered butisaree and an embroidered veil that is inscribed with a Bengali verse written by the ace designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee for the lovely couple. The verse read: “Aamar poran bhora bhalobasha aami tomaye shomorpon korilam,” which translates to: “I give to you my soul filled with love.” The perfectly penned verse is a sign of Patralekhaa’s love for his beloved husband Rajkummar Rao.

The ceremony took place in Chandigarh at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort in the presence of family and close friends and followed it with a wedding reception.

For the reception, Rajkummar opted for a black tuxedo paired with a bowtie. Whereas, Patralekhaa chose a beige silk saree with a shawl wrapped around her shoulders. She also wore the necklace, worn by her during the pheras along with her bridal red lehenga.
