For the same, the designer/ actor served two distinct looks and gave her fans a peek into the details. Known for her taste in colours, Gupta designed her own wedding lehenga under her brand House Of Masaba. The barfi pink and pistachio green lehenga, presented the palm motif that was the first ever design by her brand. She further incorporated a double dupatta and trusted an open heart pattern in Fuschia pink, bordering her dupatta.

The significantly meaningful design celebrated the union of two souls, and also the freedom to enjoy their individuality. Besides her unique lehenga design, what we loved about this bride was her enviable treasure of jewellery for both the wedding and after party. For the special day, Gupta turned into a beautiful Indian bride with interesting additions of South Indian headgear. The chaand taara motifs decorating her hair represented the energy of the sun and the many phases of the moon that affect our lives. Adding to the spectacular barrettes was a pair of haath phool, that elegantly matched her choice of neckpiece and earrings.

Later for the wedding bash in the evening, Gupta built a unique look using her first purchase from Maison Alaia. Giving couture an Indian twist, Gupta again loaned some inspiration from South Indian bridal jewellery and added a twinkling braid chain to her hair. She decorated her long, luscious hair with a golden choti, that was bought from Chennai. Matching it, she further added a touch of traditions with shoulder-grazing gold earrings by Shri Paramani Jewels.

The aqua blue, draped skirt by Alaia, was reminiscent of India through its tightly pinned pleats, while her bodysuit in black served as a great canvas to highlight her golden jewellery.
