Jennifer Lawrence Flaunts Baby Bump At The ‘Don’t Look Up’ Premier; Kareena Kapoor Khan Says ‘Simply Gorgeous’

Sunday night was a star-studded affair at the Lincoln Center in New York with celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep and more walking the red carpet for their upcoming Netflix satirical science dramedy Don’t Look Up, directed by Adam McKay. Amidst the glittery night, what gathered much attention was Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence, whose baby bump made a red carpet debut! Posing alongside co-actor Leonardo DiCaprio, all eyes were on the to-be mother who sported a beautiful glitter-fringed beige Dior gown with attached semi-sheer cape sleeves. Expecting her first child with husband Cooke Maroney with whom she got married in October 2019, the glow on her face was for real! While her appearance made it to the headlines, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan too took it to her Instagram handle as she shared an image of the actress alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and captioned it as ‘Simply Gorgeous’ and we totally agree!

Making the gala event a sight for fashion buffs was Jonah Hill in an ice-blue two-piece suit paired with turquoise velvet slides, co-ordinating with his girlfriend Sarah Brady who joined him at the premiere wearing the same ensemble (how cute!)

Making it to the premier, a list of popular names were attendees at the starry event like actress Florence Pugh in a three-piece Valentino attire, paired with orange platform heels and Valentino Garavani bag. Furthermore, French actress Rebecca Dayan pulled off a mid-riff simple sweater dress, Bill NYE sported a striking red suit and actress Ella Hunt came dressed in a shining, sequinned one-shoulder mini dress (I think sequins are making their way this season).

Celebrating the screening of the film that revolves around two small-time astronomers (played by Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence) who are on a hopeless mission to warn Earth’s inhabitants about their impending doom, an asteroid hurtling towards the planet, the red carpet missed a few faces, including Ariana Grande and Timothee Chalamet who will be seen in the film. Also starring Rob Morgan, Tomer Sisely, Tyler Perry, Michael Chiklis, Cate Blanchett, the Adam McKay directorial will receive a limited theatrical release on December 10, followed by a Netflix premiere on December 24.
