Recently X (formerly Twitter) claimed that Haerin had veneers placed on her teeth. Many felt upset with the company for what they saw as a forced change. They said her natural teeth looked charming and unique, and they disliked the idea of altering them. The discussion went on for several days. Some shared an old picture of Haerin sitting at a dental clinic. That image made people think she might have chosen the work herself instead of the company pushing her into it.
Later photos and short video clips of Haerin appeared. In those images her teeth still showed the same pointed shape fans had always liked. They said the new pictures proved the veneer rumours were wrong. Others pointed out that the whole argument about one idol’s smile had grown far too big and needed to stop. Surely! Can people let her live freely?

At the same time, NewJeans marked four years together by dropping a set of photos and videos called 2026 Summer of NewJeans. It was the first group material in more than a year.
