Yami Gautam, Aditya Dhar Move To Himachal Pradesh
Free Press Journal reported that Himachal Pradesh has been more than just an escape place for actor Yami Gautam for years now. Even before her marriage, she had bought a 100-year-old house in Gohar, Mandi, which is connected to her family and childhood memories. The property especially became special to her after she got married to filmmaker Aditya Dhar there in June 2021. Their home is built with wood and stone and even has gardens with potatoes, apples, and ginger growing. The two have decided to keep this property simple rather than building it into a heavy celebrity house. This works best for them when they’re not filming anything.
Before this big move, Yami and Aditya were residing in a big rented apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West. The filmmaker even joked about the address once while he was out promoting Dhurandhar in 2025. He said that his home was on the “Chitrakar Dhurandhar Marg.” The two had reportedly been living there for a long time, though later reports suggested that they might have even purchased it after the huge success of the Dhurandhar franchise, which was directed by Dhar. The two are also proud parents to a baby boy named Vedavid, who was born in 2025. They even shared a picture with him on Diwali but hid his face for privacy reasons.
