Karan Dhanak is reportedly an entrepreneur who is based in the United States. Unlike Jiya Shankar, he seemingly prefers staying out of the limelight, due to which there is not much information available about him. Talking about her engagement post, the actress shared a series of beautiful pictures flaunting her diamond ring against the natural backdrop that also featured Kaaran. She penned a heartfelt caption mentioning that maybe it was true that one does find love when they least expect it, but God really tested her patience here. Jiya expressed that it wasn’t easy, but somehow it still wasn’t, adding that every conversation with Kaaran, even though he was thousands of miles away from her, felt like home. She further wrote that the journey wasn’t easy, but they chose each other every single day. She shared that he showed her the love she waited her whole life for, made her laugh on her toughest days and held her a little tighter every time at airport goodbyes like his heart was breaking into a thousand pieces. The actress stated that no matter where they were in the world, home was never a place; it was always him. Jiya called him her goofball, best friend and “ABCD.” She also mentioned that life is definitely an adventure with him, and it happens to be her favourite rom-com. She added that she couldn’t wait to spend her forever with Kaaran and spend the rest of her life loving him the way he has always loved her. She ended the caption by writing that she loved him.
