Urfi Javed Opens Up About Designing Her Own Clothes And How She Deals With Trolls
We have a fashion controversy queen amongst us and we all know who that is. The one and only Urfi Javed. The Bigg Boss OTT contestant constantly makes headlines for her sartorial choices and fashion sense. She also faces a lot of trolling for her style. And now the actress has opened up about facing criticism and being trolled. She also spoke about the recent controversy with designer Farah Khan Ali who called her fashion choices “distasteful”. Further Urfi Javed shared her thoughts on being compared to Hollywood stars like Zendaya and Kendall Jenner.

In an interview with the news portal News18, Urfi Javed spoke about how she deals with trolls and said that she does not handle them at all. She shared that she does not feel the need to respond to people who don’t like her. “I cannot expect everyone to like me. I don’t care much about people liking me or not,” Urfi told the news portal. When asked about why she responded to designer Farah Khan Ali’s comment, the Bigg Boss OTT contestant shared that she felt it was “uncalled for” and “very unnecessary”. She went on to question the comment and pointed out that it shows that one has a sense of entitlement. She further added that people have the right to call her whatever they want but then she also has the right to defend herself. “I love peace but if a b**ch is gonna come at me I’m gonna give it back to her,” Urfi told News18.

Speaking about her fashion choices and being compared to Euphoria actress Zendaya, Urfi Javed said that she does not want to be compared to anyone but she does take inspiration from other stars. She went on to confess that she copies Hollywood celebs but that’s okay because who doesn’t copy others. “Because things are not available to people like us, and I love fashion. I love Zendaya, so being compared to her or Kendall Jenner is not a bad thing. I love both of them,” she added. She also spoke about creating her own outfits and when asked where she gets her inspiration from, Urfi refused to divulge details and said that people should find their own inspiration while adding that if she shares her source of inspiration, everyone will go to the same place for it.

Well, okay then. We’re not really sure if we want to know her source of inspiration but we must take a moment to hail the actress for standing out and designing her own clothes instead of simply sourcing outfits from designers like every other actor. Urfi Javed really is different.
