An X (formerly Twitter) user placed scenes from both music videos next to each other. They pointed out matching filming locations, camera work, outfits, makeup, and overall look. Furthermore, fans found out that both videos were directed by the same person, Son Seung Hee, also known as SAMSON. Instead of blaming Stray Kids, many called out the director. They called it self-plagiarism and stated that he reused his own style for another group. Fans argued that each boy group should get a unique concept.
