Marriages are not always a bed of roses. There are good days and bad days. Recently, Ssunita Ahuja spoke about her 40-year marriage with actor Govinda. It’s not the first time that she has reflected on her relationship with the actor, but she recently opened up about the regret that she has. Ssunita Ahuja stated that Govinda could not become a good husband, in comparison to being a son and father. Read on.
What Did Ssunita Ahuja Say About Marriage With Govinda?
In a recent conversation, Ssunita Ahuja was asked if she was jealous of Govinda’s female fan following. She said that if one has complete faith in their husband, and added, “if there’s a hero and you hear about an affair, it used to be fine.” However, Ssunita Ahuja was reffering to the 90s, and she refrained from talking about the present times. During the chat with Abhishek Vyas insights, Ssunita Ahuja further spoke about her marriage with Govinda and stressed that the actor was undoubtedly a good father and a good son. She further added the things she would have liked in a husband, like going for dinner, on vacations, and partying. As per Ssunita Ahuja, Govinda got so busy providing for his family that he forgot to live for himself, and now he is in his 60s.
Ssunita Ahuja also said that she felt bad for Govinda that, despite being a superstar, he hasn’t seen much in life. She further said that she wanted to have a son like Govinda, but not a husband. However, Ssunita Ahuja sees no point in regretting it as it has already been 40 years of marriage.
Divorce Rumours
Last year, there was a lot of buzz around Govinda and Ssunita Ahuja’s divorce; however, the latter simply dismissed it as false rumours. Recently, their daughter Tina Ahuja also reacted to the divorce rumours.
