The house was bought by Selena, but it was previously owned by legendary musician Tom Petty. As per an NDTV report, the singer had purchased the house for 5 million dollars, but it is now up for sale at 6.46 million dollars, which is approximately 61 crores in Indian rupees.

It’s a three-storey villa with white interiors, and it has some cosy places too. Selena has made some changes in the house, but it was custom-built by Tom Petty and his wife, Jane Benyo, in 1989. There is a wine cellar, a massage room, a movie theatre, a beauty salon, a gym, a vocal booth. Not just this, even the outside of the mansion has been decorated with cool things like a bar, waterfall and pool.
