2022 has not been the best year for the music industry, thanks to the demise of several singers including Lata Mangeshkar, Sidhu Moosewala, Bappi Lahiri and others. Last night, yet another death of a singer sent shockwaves across the country. Singer KK aka Krishnakumar Kunnath breathed his last on Tuesday night, May 31. The singer died after he fell sick following his performance at Gurudas College’s fest at Kolkata Nazrul Mancha. As per media reports, the singer was taken to the CMRI Hospital but was declared dead on arrival. KK has given us some truly soulful music during his time working in the music industry.
