What Did Shubhra Shetty Say?
Shubhra Shetty recently spoke about her relationship with Anurag Kashyap in a conversation with Janice Sequeira. She also revealed that her parents did not need much convincing for her relationship with the Gangs Of Wasseypur director. She further added that her parents met Anurag Kashyap and accordingly formed their opinions about him. Diving into some more cute details, Shubhra Shetty revealed that her mother called Anurag Kashyap a ‘bakra’ (goat) and teased him about being stupid to fall in love with her. Shubhra’s mother also addressed him as a “Henpecked Husband”, and she further added that her parents did a good job. Anurag Kashyap also added to the conversation and said that he is good friends with his girlfriend’s parents.
Shubhra Shetty also spoke about the first time when she met the director, and said that he was at his best during that phase. She said he was fit and used to read and watch films too. According to Shubhra, these were things they bonded over.

On the work front, Shubhra Shetty had worked as an Assistant Director at Anurag Kashyap’s production house Phantom Films. While she did not work directly, she praised the company’s good working environment.
