Who Is Shubhra Shetty?

As per reports, Shubhra Shetty was around 20 years old when she started dating filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. She has worked as an assistant director at the filmmaker’s production company, Phantom Films. One thing led to another, and they fell in love and decided to be together. It was also reportedly revealed that her parents were initially hesitant about their relationship but later respected her decision. Reports pointed out that Anurag and Shubhra tried to stay low-key with their relationship initially. They would attend parties and events together; however, at the time, they didn’t want their relationship to be a topic of discussion in public.

What Did Anurag Kashyap Say During Interview

During their conversation with Janice Sequeira, Anurag Kashyap revealed their marriage plans. He stated that he was very happy to be with her and wanted to be with her. Anurag then talked about wanting to be healthy enough to outlive the people he loves. He also said as long as they have found what they have found now, he was happy with anything and that he didn’t want to lose this. For the unversed, he previously married editor Aarti Bajaj and welcomed a daughter named Aaliyah. The couple parted ways in 2009, after which he married Kalki Koechlin in 2011. The couple went their separate ways after four years. As far as Shubhra goes, he was photographed with her in 2015, and they reportedly confirmed their relationship in 2018.
