Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Team, Family Dismiss Claims About Director Suffering Heart Attack!

The popular Indian director Sanjay Leela Bhansali recently turned 63, but some unfortunate claims about his health made headlines. The report also speculated that the director suffered a heart attack on his birthday. But the claims have been dismissed by SLB’s family and team, and they have requested everyone from indulging in fake and baseless claims. Read here for more about it.
SLB’s Team Responds
In a statement by the director’s team, the addressed the claims about SLB getting admitted to the Kokilaben hospital. They firmly dismissed these claims and called them “Baseless and False.” They added that there was no truth to the reports and requested everyone to refrain from carrying such stories that that had no credible source.
Another statement was posted by his family on Instagram. As per this note, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s health was absolutely fine and that he had only visited the hospital for a routine check-up. They also thanked the fans and well-wishers for their support, concern and love.
Earlier, there were reports that SLB spent his birthday shooting his next film Love And War starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. As per a Pinkvilla report, the film’s release has been postponed because the shooting, production and post-production is causing the delay. Previously, the film was supposed to release in 2026, but reportedly the release has been pushed to 2027, however there are no updates on date as of yet.
Alia Bhatt has worked with SLB in Gangubai Kathiawadi, while Ranbir Kapoor has also worked with him too. But this is the first time that Vicky Kaushal is collaborating with the director. The film has already created a lot buzz and some pictures from the shoot also surfaced on the internet. Can’t wait for the film.
