Sanchita Ugale Death: AICWA Issues Statement To Demand Fair Probe, Says “All Possible Angles Must Be Investigated”

The unfortunate news of TV actor Sanchita Ugale’s sudden death has left everyone in shock. As per the initial reports on the matter, the young actor allegedly died due to su*cide, but the reason behind her demise has not yet been confirmed. The actor’s brother and colleagues also spoke to the media. Recently, the All Indian Cine Workers Association has released a statement and has also demanded an immediate probe into the matter. All Indian Cine Workers Association Issues Statement
The AICWA has released an official statement to express their thoughts and condolences on Sanchita Ugale’s unfortunate demise. In their statement, they wrote that the actor passed too soon, and this loss has not only left her family shattered but also the Indian Film Industry mourning. They further wrote that the talented actor’s memories will live forever. AICWA further stated that the actor was progressing steadily in her career, and the sudden demise has left many questions that need to be answered with a “fair and comprehensive investigation.” The AICWA President Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, in the official statement, also addressed the Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and requested him to order a high-level probe into the matter, so that the actor’s family gets justice. He also acknowledged how the young actor had achieved success in her career with hard work and dedication, and expressed extreme sadness over the untimely death. The AICWA also noted that “every possible angle” should be thoroughly examined before reaching any conclusions. AICWA President also spoke about the several cases of deaths by alleged su*cides that were being reported from the Indian Film Industry in recent years, and how it had left many families with unanswered questions. They demanded a probe with full transparency.

The AICWA also requested the Maharashtra Government to form a dedicated committee that looked into the several deaths and mental-health related issues that are being reported from the Indian film Industry. They also assured Sanchita Ugale’s family of justice and transparency.

What Happened To Sanchita Ugale?
She was a well-known Television actor who became a household name from the show Kumkum Bhagya. Going by the news reports, the actor was found dead at her house in Nalaspoara, and as per a PTI report, the police said that they did not find any su*cide note on the spot. The investigation is currently ongoing, and the actor’s body has been sent for a post-mortem.
