A person shared this on a Reddit thread by BollyBlindsNGossip that someone who is working on Mom 2 claimed that the makers of the film are “quite frustrated” over Khushi Kapoor’s work. They penned that the issue was not the money, as her father and the producer of the film was putting his money in it. They claimed that the director, who is also the writer, was allegedly annoyed at how much effort he had put into extracting “nothing” out of the actress. The post further claimed that the number of retakes Khushi gets was “beyond acceptable” and was causing delays to the filming process, adding that it is allegedly irritating her costars, despite her getting extra time to rehearse. Adding to this, the post claimed that she cannot even remember her lines, so forget about delivering them. Making another shocking claim, the post mentioned that the team has gone back to the drawing board to rewrite Khushi’s entire character, so that it is closer to her real personality. They further called it the “Ananya Pandey strategy.”

The post further mentioned that some of the Mom 2’s crew members expressed how such an opportunity had come her way too easily and too soon in her career. The person alleged that her co-star, Karishma Tanna, was also allegedly sleepwalking through the project and just wanted to get paid. The post claimed that the said movie will likely be released on OTT given the chaos.

In the same thread, Redditors started giving their opinions on the said allegations. A person stated to change the name andcall it “child.” While another individual said that they should rename it from Mom 2 to something else. A person wrote, “COME ON GIRL, GIVE US NOTHING!” Others simply started comparing her with Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor. Many also criticised Khushi Kapoor’s acting in Archies.

Having mentioned this, it’s worth noting that this news has not been verified and there is no evidence to support it, so it’s best to take everything with a grain of salt. Furthermore, the makers of Mom 2, or Khushi Kapoor, have not commented on the said Reddit post. As far as Khushi’s acting goes, her performance in Mom 2 will make or break everything.
