‘Pushpa: The Rise’s’ Producer Talks About ‘Pushpa 2’ And Rashmika Mandanna’s Srivalli Is Not Dying, You Guys!
I watched the popular, Pushpa: The Rise with my father last Sunday morning. And while I sat there contemplating what I was witnessing, the film got over, leaving me in fumes over the major cliffhanger. And imagine my joy when I found out that Pushpa 2 is in talks of being released. Pushpa: The Rise, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, was released in December of last year, and fans are excitedly awaiting its sequel. Even before Pushpa 2 is released, there is a rumour that Rashmika’s character Srivalli may be killed off in the sequel. However, Pushpa producer Y. Ravi Shankar spoke about all these questions that the audience has about the upcoming flick.

Ravi Shankar called the rumours, “trash” and “garbage”. He also said that they haven’t heard the story of the sequel till now. He said that people can write anything about the film because no one knows anything about it. He then said that the news of Mandanna’s character dying is also being reported on other websites and TV programmes but it is wrong. According to sources, when asked if Rashmika’s character is alive in Part 2, Y. Ravi Shankar said yes.

When asked when Pushpa 2 begin filming, Y. Ravi Shankar said that it will mostly begin in the first week of August. He said that they are currently preparing for the shoot. Allu Arjun had previously shared his eagerness for Pushpa 2 saying that he is completely pumped up for the project. He further said that he is excited to shoot it because they can deliver much more in part 2. He then said that they’ve laid the groundwork with Part 1 and that they have an incredible opportunity to explore the best of the plot in Part 2.
