Priyanka Chopra Gets ‘Back To Work’ On The Sets Of ‘Citadel’ After Welcoming Her Baby Girl Home
Actress Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas have begun a new chapter in their lives as parents to a baby girl. The couple welcomed their baby via surrogacy in January this year and have their hands full with tending to their lil munchkin! After bringing their baby home from the hospital, Priyanka has turned on her work mode.
Priyanka Chopra Resumes Work
Taking to her Instagram stories, the Barfi actor shared a photo of her from the sets of her upcoming series titled Citadel. In the picture, she had worn a gorgeous red co-ord dress. Her hair was styled into soft waves and her look was accessorised with minimal jewellery. In the caption of the post, she mentioned, “Back to work #citadel.”
Citadel is sci-fi drama series created by Patrick Moran and the Russo brothers. Apart from Priyanka, it also stars Game Of Thrones star Richard Madden in the lead role. The cast of the series also includes Osy Ikhile, Stanley Tucci
Olegar Fedoro, Roland Møller and Ashleigh Cummings among others, and is slated to release on Amazon Prime Video. The release date of the series has not been announced yet.

In other news, on the occasion of Mother’s Day, Priyanka took to her Instagram handle to share a photo of herself and Nick with her newborn for the first time. She has not revealed the face of the baby in the post. In the caption, she mentioned they brought their baby home ‘after 100 plus days in the NICU’. She also wrote, “On this Mother’s Day we can’t help but reflect on these last few months and the rollercoaster we’ve been on, which we now know, so many people have also experienced.”
