Parineeti Chopra Recalls Sushant Singh’s Reaction To National Award
The actor was most recently seen in the Netflix series Shaque. She recently spoke about an emotional memory of hers related to the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. For the unversed, the two had worked together in Shuddh Desi Romance. In an interview with Zoom, Parineeti Chopra recalled a moment when she got to know about the National Awards and Sushant Singh Rajput’s reaction to it. The actor said that in between breaks from the shoot, she was chilling by the pool with Sushant Singh and Rishi Kapoor. That’s when she received a congratulatory message from Karan Johar, and Sushant Singh Rajput also got excited to find out what it was about.
Parineeti shared that a few moments later, her co-star exclaimed saying that he was working with a National Award winner. The Chamkila actor also said that she had never seen somebody get so excited and happy for her. The actor added that Sushant Singh Rajput hugged her and she broke into tears.
Furthermore, the actor also spoke about her bond with the Kedarnath star. She said that they would discuss and talk about stars and economics.
