Mukesh Chhabra, Netflix India Face Complaint Over Alleged Inappropriate Language On Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent 2

Comedian Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent is once again in trouble after a complaint was filed against director Mukesh Chabra and Netflix India. This was in relation to the alleged use of inappropriate language on the show. Complainant Anurag Shrivastav claimed that he came to Mumbai on September 22, while watching the episode featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Chhabra, Bhuvan Bam, and Kaustubh Agarwal on his laptop. Complaint Filed Against Mukesh Chhabra In India’s Got Latent
Anurag Shrivastav said that while he was watching Netflix on his laptop, he came across an alleged objectionable statement and realised the social impact of the same. During the episode, director Mukesh Chhabra allegedly said, “Mere Aaram Nagar mein aao, g**** *****.” He said that this language was inappropriate and s*xualy suggestive in the complaint. It further stated that the identification of the voice or person with complete context and time stamp must be verified from the unedited recording. The complaint further mentioned that if the authenticity of the same was proven, then it would be a question of the audience’s dignity and the cyber security of the children.
It further demanded an investigation of Netflix’s role in it and asked the basis on which such content was permitted on a streaming platform. After this, an investigation into the role of the platform’s content chief, Monika Shergill, was also demanded. Well, this is not the first time that Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent has gotten into trouble. In February 2025, podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, aka Beer Biceps, also faced massive criticism after his parents and s*x comment during one of the episodes. It got so huge that comedian Samay, Allahbadia, and Apoorva Mukhija got into some major legal trouble.
