Well, speaking of patriotic films, Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna are sharing the screen space together for the first time in their upcoming film Mission Majnu and the trailer is full of action sequences, drama, and desh prem.

On January 9, Netflix dropped the trailer of the highly-anticipated film Mission Majnu starring Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna. In the film, Sidharth is playing the role of an Indian spy, Amandeep Singh who goes to Pakistan to find out whether they are planning a nuclear attack on India. During the mission, he marries a Pakistani woman (Rashmika Mandanna) but eventually, he falls in love with her. The trailer of the film is full of action, love, and drama but I will have to say that the storyline looks similar to Raazi.

For the unversed, the spy thriller film is based on true events and follows the story of a RAW agent who played a pivotal role in the deadliest covert operation undertaken by India’s intelligence agency.

Helmed by Shantanu Bagchi, the film Mission Majnu features Sharib Hashmi, Parmeet Sethi, Kumud Mishra, Zakir Hussain, and Mir Sarwar in pivotal roles. Rashmika and Sidharth starrer is produced by Garima Mehta, Ronnie Screwvala, and Amar Butala. The screenplay of the film is written by Sumit Batheja, Parveez Shaikh, and Aseem Arrora.
