When I heard that Rashmika Mandanna and Sidharth Malhotra are coming together for a project, I was very excited because they are one of the most talented actors in the entertainment industry. Today, we got the first teaser of the highly-anticipated film Mission Majnu. It is a patriotic film about a RAW agent and it is inspired by true events. Is this another version of Raazi?

On Friday, Netflix dropped the teaser of Mission Majnu starring Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna. The teaser starts with glimpses of the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 and follows the story of a brave RAW agent who played an important role in the deadliest covert operation undertaken by India’s intelligence agency. Sidharth is going to play a spy for the first time and the teaser shows that he is fully prepared to undertake this mission. However, Rashmika Mandanna only appeared in the teaser for like two seconds which was not expected. She is portraying the character of a Pakistani girl in the film.

Sidharth Malhotra was also part of Shershah which was also a patriotic film. So, we think that he will do justice to the character.

Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna’s Mission Majnu will premiere on Netflix on January 20, 2023. We can’t wait to see this dhamadhekar jodi sharing the screen space together for the first time. Our expectations are quite high, to be honest!
