Married Women And Mothers Can Participate In Miss Universe From 2023. That’s A Historic Change!

You know, people always say that the world is changing, but women can’t say the same thing as they are always supposed to follow the old norms, this world is full of issues. But looks like some things are changing and we are so here for it. In a historic move, Miss Universe will allow married women and mothers to participate in the pageant. Now, that is a revolutionary change, to be honest!

After the major change in rules, Miss Universe, also known as one of the most acclaimed platforms in the world, is all set to welcome married women and mothers as participants from the year 2023. In a statement, the pageant mentioned that they believe women should have agency over their lives and that a human’s personal decisions shouldn’t be a barrier to their success. Previously, the rules of the beauty contest ensured that the participants who won the pageant should not bear any children till they held the title of Miss Universe and crown. Now, the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, which will happen in the year 2023, will be very special after this significant change in its rule book.
