We All Hate That Bloated Feeling. And Masaba Gupta Just Showed Us A Fun Way To Overcome It

I don’t about others but I constantly try to find an easy way to keep myself fit. To be honest, it is very difficult to convince yourself to go to the gym every single day because our lives have become so stressful and busy that we don’t even have time to breathe properly. And you will be shocked to know that designer and actress Masaba Gupta feels the same but she has a solution as well. She recently shared that she feels bloated at times and showed us a fun way to overcome it. It’s so fun and you can try it too!

On Tuesday, designer-actress Masaba Gupta shared a video on her social media account. In the video, the Masaba Masaba actress is working out in the gym along with her trainer. In the caption, she mentioned that she was feeling bloated after she skipped her workout sessions for two weeks. However, she joined the gym again and her fun workout session is a must-try. Sharing the video on the Instagram story, she wrote, “Was so upset this morning with the weight I’ve put on and how bloated I feel. For no reason – just ridiculous stress eating and no workouts for nearly two weeks which is unimaginable for me. But thanks to @coachapoorv for throwing me into the deep end (& making it fun!) on my first say back. Restarting again! (emoji).”
