A few days back, the news of a man found dead at Kannada actor Krishi Thapanda’s apartment made headlines. As per the initial investigation, the man had died by hanging from the fan, and the police had also said that they would interrogate the actor and the man’s family member in the case. Krishi Thapanda Issues Official Statement
Kannada actor Krishi Thapanda has issued an official statement to address all the noise and speculations around the recent case of a man’s death that surfaced in Bengaluru. In the statement, Krishi Thapanda wrote that she was not in the mental state to pen the note; however, the constant pressure and questions to her and her family pushed her to address the issue at hand. The actor wrote that she had lost someone dear to her, who stood by her in bad times, and it had created a void that cannot be described. The actor further wrote that she did not get time or space to grieve the loss, and was stuck amid constant speculations and questions. The actor pointed out that some media platforms were sensitive towards the news, while others were asking her reactions continuously.
Krishi Thapanda wrote, “No grieving person should be expected to justify their pain.” She further thanked everyone who was checking on her and was sending her nice messages. As per the note, Krishi Thapanda was still trying to process everything.

She further requested that the media and anyone speculating stop and give her family, the deceased’s family, the time to mourn the loss instead of turning the news into headlines and entertainment. She reiterated her request and ended the note, “I’m begging you to stop.”
