Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan has created a buzz on social media ever since the announcement of the movie was made. It is literally the only thing from entertainment that people are talking about right now! The moment it was announced that the second song, ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’, from the film is going to drop on December 22, 2022, the excitement among fans about the track was sky-high! The song is finally out, and uff, Deepika and SRK look sizzling and intense in it!

‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’ is sung by Arijit Singh, Sukriti Kakar, Vishal and Sheykhar, and the music is composed by the latter duo. Being the SRK fan that I am, I squealed a little when the song started with the camera panning on the superstar’s toned biceps and chiselled face! Then enters Deepika and right then I knew this song is going to be a massive hit!
Arijit Singh’s voice brings the upbeat vibe of the song alive and the high-tempo music will make you jhoom to the track as well! I am so glad that the lyrics also make sense and go well with the music.
Now, talking about Deepika and SRK’s chemistry, they set the screen on fire! They exude attitude and class, and definitely make for one of the hottest on-screen couples! Deepika looks stunning in each frame. The boss-couple vibe that the lead actors emanate is unmissable.

And finally, the choreography by Bosco-Caesar is BOMB! What a fantastic and powerful hook step they have given in this track! Deepika and SRK’s steps all the time they dance solo look sensual and confident. All-in-all, ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’ is a song you will get hooked to it right from the first note. The track is an all-rounder combo of high-tempo music, catchy lyrics, an amazing hook step and sizzling chemistry!
My only complaint with the song is SRK’s wardrobe! Why have the makers chosen to dress him in rags and Deepika in the most glam clothes they could find? The difference in their wardrobe is so evident that I had to write about it. No doubt SRK is looking sexy, but a little effort on his wardrobe would definitely make him look sexier!
Pathaan will release in theatres on January 25, 2023.
