Harnaaz Sandhu Desires To Work With Sanjay Leela Bhansali And Influence People Like Shah Rukh Khan
Lately, every single person has been aware of the name – Harnaaz Sandhu. The model-actress that made the country proud. Yep, it was Harnaaz Sandhu that made India proud when she brought home the title and crown of Miss Universe back after 21-long-years. Her victory had people across the country applauding her for the win. And ever since then, she has been giving quite a few interviews talking about her wishes to join Bollywood. In fact, in a recent interview, Harnaaz Sandhu expressed her wish to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and gushed about how inspiring Shah Rukh Khan is to her.
Harnaaz Sandhu in her interview with ETimes, expressed her wish to join the film industry and wants to influence people by breaking stereotypes about what women are and what all they can achieve. She further spoke about her plans of working with Bollywood director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and praised Shah Rukh Khan for his art as well as personality.
The model said that she has been an actor by profession and has done theatre work for the past five years. Harnaaz Sandhu further said that she has seen how much of an impact and influence movies can have on people, which is why she wants to pursue her passion – acting – and influence people for the betterment of society.
When asked about whether she had a particular director or an actor that she wanted to work with, Harnaaz Sandhu immediately said Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She explained her choice saying, “I love the way he works, I love the quality, the art, the feeling and the depth of each and every detail that’s in his movies and his work.”

As per reports, Harnaaz Sandhu then went ahead and gushed about the king of romance, Shah Rukh Khan, and how he has inspired her. She said, “I have mentioned this before, I share a lot of respect and love for Shah Rukh Khan. The amount of hard work he has done and is still doing, it’s never enough I think. But he has always stayed grounded, he has always managed the success. And the way he has been talking in every interview, that really inspired me, that it’s just about your attitude that takes you places. He is a wonderful artist and a wonderful human being.”
Having read the interview, I honestly have a feeling that very soon we’ll be watching her on the big screen. And just like her achievements in the modelling industry, I’m sure she will achieve heights in the film industry as well.
