When asked about her introduction to periods and sex education, Tisca shared, “Kuch nahi, kuch bhi nahi… my friends told me about periods and a cousin sister gave me full misinformation about sex, which I cannot discuss on a public forum, but kya anth shanth mujhe pta chala hai.” This candid admission highlights the common experience of misinformation and the lack of formal sex education in her upbringing. Delving further into the topic of sex education, Tisca discussed how children today receive vital information about sexuality and reproductive health. When asked whether she discusses sex education with her daughter, Tisca affirmed, “100, I talk everything with her.” She emphasized the importance of open communication tailored to each child’s needs, stating, Not every child is the same… every child is different and has to be parented differently.
