Exclusive: “I Could Not Keep My Calm,” Anjum Fakih On Dealing With Mental Health During Khatron Ke Khiladi 13

In recent times, many celebrities have spoken about their mental health and how they cope in tense situations. Recently, in a conversation with us, actress Anjum Fakih also one of the Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 contestants also shared about her mental health situation during the show’s shoot. The actress also talked about the help she got from her fellow colleagues and the crew members. She opened up about the times when anxiety hit her really hard but how she managed to remain calm despite that.

Anjum Fakih has spoken about her mental health on several occasions. She has opened up about dealing with anxiety. Doing a reality show like Khatron Ke Khiladi might have been a more challenging task for her. In a conversation with Hauterrfly, the Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2 actress honestly kept forth her experience of dealing with anxiety issues during the show too. Anjum Fakih said, “I was not only panicky while doing my stunts but also while watching others perform their stunts too. You are not in a very comfortable situation on Khatron Ke Khiladi because there are some very difficult stunts to be performed.”

Furthermore, Anjum added that she could not keep her calm during most of the days and she cried a lot. She also said that her colleagues, friends, Rohit Shetty and the production team supported her in these situations and kept her sane. “I am a very emotional person and used to cry on many days, sometimes when I lost a stunt or if I won,” added Anjum. She thanked each and every person on the set who helped her get through the difficult times on the shoot.

During this conversation, Anjum Fakih also opined on the random trolling that she is subjected to for the bond with her girlfriends, and how she remains unbothered by them!
