Exclusive: “Trolls Ki Audacity…,” Khatron Ke Khiladi Star Anjum Fakih On Female Friendships Being Sexualised

There are a lot of conversations about female friendships and how they add a positive outlook to a woman’s life. Many actresses have spoken about their close female friends during interviews. However, there are still some people who like to sexualise female friendships too, yeah weird but it is true. Khatron Ke Khiladi contestant and actress Anjum Fakih in a conversation with Hauterrfly put forth her thoughts on being trolled for her closeness with female friends and people calling her lesbian. The actress was quite vocal about the bond she shares with the close women in her life and how she doesn’t let trolls affect it.

In a candid conversation with Hauterrfly, Anjum Fakih spoke about her female friendships and the trolling that she has faced due to it. She also put forth her thoughts on whether the show would lead to more such trolls or not. Speaking on this, the actress said that her bonds with women friends in India are very intimate, unlike the ones she shared on Khatron Ke Khiladi. Elaborating on the bond with her girlfriends, Anjum Fakih said that she does a lot of girly things with her besties like giving pecks on lips, fixing bras or doing the brows. The actress further added that she did not share such an intimate relationship with the girls on Khatron Ke Khiladi. However, the actress was less bothered about trolls talking about her female friendships and she jokingly said,” I am not going to troll for my female relationships on the show but definitely for how darpok (coward) I am during the stunts.”
