Starship Entertainment’s boy group IDID has finally made their much-awaited comeback with their new single album titled FLY!. The release includes the title track ‘FLY!’ and the B-side ‘Attent!on’. This comeback marks a new and vibrant chapter for the group, which is full of confidence and teamwork. In an exclusive interview with Hauterrfly, the members opened up about showing their real personalities, revealed who is the loudest in the group, and shared how much they love watching fan edits. IDID Gets Real About The Loudest Member And Who Has Grown To Show Their Raw Side
1. Which member do you think has grown the most in showing their real, unfiltered personality since your debut?
BAEK JUNHYUK: Honestly, I think it’s me. Through ‘FLY!’, I’ve been trying to show a much more natural and genuine side of myself compared to what I’ve shown since my debut. Moving forward, I want to continue expressing more of my true personality and show even more sides of who I really am.
2. There’s been a lot of chatter online lately about who is actually the loudest member in the group. Seonghyeon said he and Junhyuk are the loudest, but Yoochan disagreed. So, who do you guys think is really the loudest in IDID?
KIM MINJAE: I think it’s probably JUNHYUK and WONBIN! Once the two of them start talking, I honestly feel like they could keep going all day. One time, I was listening to them talk before going to sleep and actually thought, “Wow… I might not get any sleep tonight,” so I ended up escaping to my bed.
JEONG SEMIN: I agree with MINJAE-hyung. JUNHYUK is really good at talking about pretty much anything, and sometimes he suddenly jumps into conversations we’re already having and naturally becomes part of them. As for WONBIN-hyung, whenever the topic is something he really likes, he suddenly becomes super talkative — and honestly, I think that’s really cute.

3. Fans have been making a lot of ‘IDID Diary’-style edits. Have you guys seen them? If yes, which one was your favourite?
JANG YONGHOON: Oh wow…! We really loved our Diary Film, so it makes us really happy to hear that WITHID enjoyed them as well!! We were honestly touched by how beautifully and thoughtfully fans remade and edited them for us.
PARK WONBIN: Whenever fans create all these different kinds of videos for us, I feel incredibly thankful because every edit has its own unique charm and creativity. I’m really happy that we can inspire fans to come up with their own ideas and enjoy creating things in their own way. Watching those videos also gives us new thoughts and inspiration in return, so I think it’s really meaningful that we’re able to positively influence each other like this with our fans.
