However, instead of receiving support, he found himself at the centre of an online debate. Read on!
ENHYPEN’s Ni-Ki questioned why the person had secretly recorded him instead of simply approaching him and speaking politely. He also pointed out that he was attending someone else’s concert, not his own, and simply wanted to enjoy the event without being secretly filmed.

However, not everyone agreed with his reaction. Several netizens accused him of being rude to fans and questioned his attitude. Some people said he should have been grateful that someone recognised him. Others brought up his recent lack of communication with fans and claimed that he had not interacted with them for 18 days.
On the other hand, many fans came to ENHYPEN Ni-Ki’s defence. They said he had every right to be upset about being filmed secretly. The fans argued that being a K-pop idol does not mean losing the right to privacy. And honestly, they have a point. Why should someone have to give up their personal space just because they are famous?

Attending a concert with a friend should not turn into an uncomfortable experience simply because someone recognises them. Being a fan does not give anyone the right to record an artist whenever they want. This incident also raises a bigger question about how some fans treat the people they admire. If you genuinely care about your favourite idols, respecting their boundaries should be the bare minimum.
