The Harry Potter fandom has been shipping the most unusual characters as a couple! In the beginning, I thought that Harry and Hermione would end up together, for obvious reasons, of course! But I am happy that Hermione and Ron got together. They make a cute couple! But there are people in the fandom who ship Harry and Draco and even Hermione and Draco as a couple! And the ones who thought the latter would make a great couple would be screaming right now because Emma Watson has said that Tom Felton is her ‘soulmate’.

Reportedly, in a foreword in Tom’s memoir titled Beyond the Wand: The Magic and Mayhem of Growing Up a Wizard, Emma Watson called Tom Felton her soulmate. She also gave an insight into the relationship and rapport she shares with him. She wrote, “It’s one of the purest loves I can think of. We’re soulmates, and we’ve always had each other’s backs.” The 33-year-old actress also went on to clarify that nothing “romantic” has ever happened between them!

Writing about how people always asked her if she and Tom had ever drunkenly made out, Emma said her relationship with Tom is deeper than that. She also went on to write that she and Tom have loved each other in a ‘special way’ for over 20 years. Emma further wrote that Tom has been there for her during the soul-searching and challenging moments of her life.

In the memoir itself, Tom Felton also mentioned that he had a ‘secret love’ for Emma Watson but not in the way most people would have in their minds. He has also written about the rumours surrounding their dating, Tom wrote that he denied having any feelings for her but it was not entirely true.
