Deepika Padukone Ice Skated In ‘Pathaan’ But Michael Scott From ‘The Office’ Did It First!

As much as the audience loved seeing Shah Rukh Khan on the screen in Pathaan after four years, fans were equally excited to see Deepika Padukone in a badass avatar! When her character as Rubina Mohsin was introduced on the screens, fans hooted and cheered just as loudly for her. Her action, her adaaein, and her seduction, were what kept the audience on the edge of their seats! There was one particular scene in the film when she is ice-skating to save the raktbeej from getting into Jim AKA John Abraham’s hands. Well, it looks like that scene has been shot way before Deepika did it. A Twitter user found the clip from The Office where Michael Scott is skating like a pro, and it actually looks quite similar to what Deepika did in the film!

The scene shared by the Twitter user is from The Office season two episode 19 titled, ‘Michael’s Birthday’. In the episode, Michael shows his ice-skating clips wherein he has to beat two other participants to qualify for the All-Star game. Given how dramatic Michael is, he fake shoots guns at his competitor during the test. Deepika Padukone did something similar while trying to save the raktbeej on the icy lake. She was shooting at Jim, and chasing after the metal ball that enclosed the fatal virus.

Steve Carell knew how to play hockey, and it was pretty evident in the episode that he had the practice of gliding on ice. This episode from The Office is considered to be one of the funniest episodes in the show!
