SRK, Deepika Padukone’s Pathaan Gets UA Certificate After 10 Cuts
It includes changes in the dialogues.
As we all know, the film Pathaan starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham has already created a lot of buzz. After the release of the song ‘Besharam Rang’ featuring SRK and Deepika, several people are saying that the film should be banned as it hurts sentiments. Well, speaking of the film, the latest news is that the Censor Board have asked for more than 10 cuts in the film and it includes several dialogues and shots.

As the release date of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s film Pathaan nears, the Central Board of Film Certification has awarded the film a UA certificate after ten cuts in the film and the song ‘Besharam Rang’ that includes the removal of Deepika’s close-up shots and a few changes in the dialogues.
According to the reports, 3 changes have been made to the song ‘Besharam Rang’. The close-up shots of “buttocks, side-pose and sensuous dance movements during the lyrics Bahut Tang Kiya” have been removed. Apart from this, the word ‘RAW’ is replaced with ‘Hamare’ and ‘Langde Lulle’ is replaced with ‘Toote Foote’, the word ‘PMO’ is removed, and the word ‘PM’ is replaced with Minister or President in almost 13 different places.
Furthermore, the word ‘Mrs Bharatmata’ is changed to ‘Hamari Bharatmata’, ‘Ashok Chakra’ is changed to Veer Puraskar, and the word KGB is replaced with SBU. However, it is not confirmed whether the saffron swimsuit that Deepika Padukone wore in the song ‘Besharam Rang’ is changed or not.
On the other hand, protesters in Ahmedabad tore down posters of Pathaan. In a video, several people were reportedly seen shouting slogans as they tore posters and huge cut-outs of the star cast of the film.
