‘Bestseller’ Trailer: Amazon Thriller Is Bound In A Bestselling Cast Of Shruti Haasan, Mithun Da, Arjan Bajwa And Gauahar Khan
Other than the writings of mine that you see on here, I do write personally as well. And as you can imagine, I have hit roadblocks where I was unable to think of any original ideas or push my story forward. Essentially, like most writers, I have experienced the dreaded, writer’s block. However, I have never taken it seriously and always just give myself time to clear my head and think again. But what if your writer’s block results in you ending up in a life and death situation? This thought never truck my head until I watched the trailer of the upcoming Amazon Prime series Bestseller featuring Mithun Chakraborty, Shruti Haasan, Arjan Bajwa, Gauahar Khan, Satyajeet Dubey and Sonalee Kulkarni. The series is produced by Siddharth Malhotra’s Alchemy Production LLP and directed by Mukul Abhyankar. I personally watched the trailer a few times and still haven’t been able to get over it.

The story of Bestseller revolves around a popular novelist Tahir Wazir who has experienced severe writer’s block. He comes across Meetu Mathur, a small-town girl who is his huge fan and wants his guidance in completing her own story. The desperation to fulfil his writer’s expectations leads Wazir to use Meetu’s story for his own novel. However, things are more intense than they seem and Wazir, Meetu and everyone around them end up being targets to a lethal game of life and death. Will Wazir be able to write his new novel successfully, we will have to see it in the upcoming Bestseller.

I don’t know about you guys but Bestseller, to me already seems like a potential winner. With a star cast and the return of the veteran Mithun Chakraborty, there is a lot that is going write for this series.
Bestseller will stream on Amazon Prime from February 18, 2022.
