Rashmika Mandanna And Vicky Kaushal To Shoot Another Ad? We’re Holding On To Our Chaddis For This One
One of the marketing strategies that have been around for a while now is taking actors in their ad films to promote their products. And sometimes, in the name of creativity and entertainment these ads end up taking things a bit too far. Remember the ad with Rashmika Mandanna and Vicky Kaushal? Yep, the Amul Macho ad starring these two actors was aired last year around October and no sooner did it drop, did it receive a lot of backlash from the audience. Why? Well, because in an attempt to flip the gender bias, the ad somehow managed to objectify men. Needless to say, the backlash was also extended to the two actors. However, it seems as though that has not stopped the two – Rashmika Mandanna and Vicky Kaushal – from shooting for an ad film again – just this time, not together.
Yes, Rashmika Mandanna and Vicky Kaushal are all geared up to star in another ad together but without actually shooting together. This is unlike the last time when they shot together for the Amul Macho ad where the Pushpa actor was seen playing the role of a yoga instructor who loses the track of her counts as she is ogling at Kaushal’s underwear.

In fact, the duo recently engaged in some fun banter on social media as they shared pictures from the sets of their ad shoot. On Sunday, Rashmika Mandanna took to her Instagram story to share a picture of a ball on a stand with a smiling face drawn on it (which was supposed to be Vicky Kaushal) and wrote, “apparently this is my look for you at shoot today”.

Responding to her story, Vicky Kaushal reshared the picture on his Instagram story and wrote, “Was asked to ‘stand’ all green-faced.” If you think this was the end of it, think again. The URI actor went ahead and shared a picture of a ball and wrote, “It was great working with you too Rashmika Mandanna.” To this, she replied that someone had done a good job making her look like a “virus” and said she was touched by “this lovu”.
Honestly, even I’m in lovu with not just them as actors but also with their cute banter on social media.
