Siddhanth Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor’s Brother, Detained By Bengaluru Police Over Alleged Drug Use
In the past few months, many celebrity names have popped up in news for their association with drugs. In fact, it was only a few days ago when Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, was cleared by the NCB in the drugs-on-cruise case. However, not all are as lucky as Aryan Khan, especially not Siddhanth Kapoor. Yep, Shraddha Kapoor’s brother was recently detained by the police for allegedly taking drugs during a rave party in Bangalore.

Siddhanth Kapoor was arrested on Monday by the police for allegedly taking drugs during a rave party that was on at a posh hotel on MG Road, Bangalore, on Sunday night. The police raided the place where he was playing the role of a DJ and arrested five more people besides him.

As per reports, Dr Bheemashankar S, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, said regarding the case, “It is confirmed that Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor’s son Siddhanth Kapoor took drugs. He tested positive for taking drugs in the blood test report. Hence, he has been brought to Ulsoor police station.”

The Bangalore police acted on a tip-off and raided a hotel on MG Road on Sunday night where the alleged party was hosted. The videos doing the rounds on social media show the police questioning people at the hotel where even Siddhanth Kapoor was also present and partying (however, it is not yet confirmed whether the clip is from the raid).

He is not the only celebrity from Bollywood that has been involved in a drug case. In 2020, even his sister and actor Shraddha Kapoor was called in for questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug case that had come to light during the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
