Shah Rukh Khan Is All Praise Of Jasmeet K Reen After Watching ‘Darlings’
Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) for years now has been labelled as one of the most grounded and humble actors in the film industry. From his co-stars to people who’ve had the privilege of knowing him, have always spoken about how appreciative he is of other people’s work and doesn’t shy away from giving a compliment when the time calls for it. And so, it really wasn’t surprising that he all but praised director Jasmeet K Reen after watching Darlings starring Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, and more as leads. In fact, speaking about that in a recent interview, Jasmeet K Reen spoke about how SRK reacted after he watched Darlings which received a lot of love from the audience after its release.

In an interview with a leading news portal, Jasmeet K Reen revealed how Darlings starring Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah, and Vijay Varma, came to be. She even opened up about how Shah Rukh Khan who is a co-producer of the film reacted when he watched the movie.

The first-time director revealed that she was really nervous when she went to Red Chillies with the script of Darlings. She recalled narrating it to Shah Rukh Khan and he liked it and so decided to even co-produce it with Alia Bhatt. When later on he saw the film, Jasmeet K Reen said that she got a call from him saying, “Tune toh bohot acchi picture banayi hai (You’ve made a really good movie).“

Jasmeet K Reen further added that Shah Rukh Khan even had gone ahead and called all the actors of Darlings – Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah, and Vijay Varma – because he really had enjoyed the movie.
