I believe there is no difference between a rented home and a home that is bought, other than the fact that it proves to be much cheaper to rent it out. I know many people who will agree with me, but out of those, there are some who prefer keeping the house the way it is rather than trying to make it beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. And their argument is that it’s rented space. But so what? Who said you cannot make a rented home beautiful?
