As we shared with you earlier, both Ranbir and Alia are reportedly gearing up to say ‘I do’ soon in April 2022. Well, the two have been dating for close to five years, and are all ready to turn hosts for family and friends with four-day-long wedding festivities, that will reportedly be held at RK House in Chembur – the same place where Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor tied the knot (cute isn’t it?). And now revealing some more deets about the wedding, Alia Bhatt’s half brother Rahul Bhatt during an interview with a news portal, unveiled that the wedding is for sure happening and he is on the guest list. He also said that he’ll be playing the bhumika of a “bouncer” and would be a “rakshak at the wedding” (okay, lol).

Not only Rahul, but Alia’s cousin and actress Smilie Suri in an interaction with another news portal shared her excitement and revealed that she is very happy for Alia and that Ranbir is a great guy. We too agree Smilie.

Ever since the rumours of Alia and Ranbir’s wedding have taken a flight, the paparazzi never loses a chance to enquire about the wedding details from Ranbir’s mother/actress Neetu Kapoor. It was a few days back when Neetu Kapoor revealed that she would really love to celebrate the joyous moment and say it out loud, but since both Ranbir and Alia are private people, she has no idea about when the wedding will take place. She further expressed “Alia is a lovely girl and I just adore her. She is a beautiful person, and they are made for each other. They are very similar.”
